Cube-16 is a unique and innovative concept for representing the 4x4 cube, created as a 2D cross. This concept was invented by Mr. Claude Gonneville, and his work is protected by copyright. The mobile application was developed in partnership with Groupe informatique Momentum inc. (Quebec, Canada).

This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and what rights users have.

2.1 Technical and Diagnostic Data

Cube-16 may process limited technical data to keep the app stable:

• Device model, system version, language and country
• App version and technical context at the time of an incident
• Internal state useful for diagnosing a crash or error

Cube-16 does not include ads, does not collect the Android Advertising ID, and does not use any service to measure app usage.

2.2 Crash Data

If the app crashes:

• Error trace
• Application state
• Technical device information

On Android and iOS, crash reports and technical diagnostics may be collected via Firebase Crashlytics. On Windows, crash and error diagnostics may be transmitted to and stored on Sentry servers if enabled.

2.3 Local Files and Preferences

Cube-16 stores some data locally on the device:

• Game progress, settings, theme and preferences
• Local JSONL log files, if generated
• Custom photos or backgrounds selected by the user, when applicable
• These items remain on the device and are not automatically transmitted

• Improve app stability
• Diagnose crashes and technical errors
• Fix issues and maintain compatibility
• Provide online help and official store purchase features

No sale of data, no commercial sharing, and no advertising profile.

Limited sharing only with technical providers when their services are used:

• Firebase Crashlytics (Android/iOS) for crash reports and diagnostics
• Sentry (Windows) for crash and error diagnostics, if enabled
• Google Play Billing or the App Store for in-app purchases

• Crash reports and technical diagnostics may be stored on Google Firebase or Sentry secure servers, depending on platform
• Local progress, preferences, JSONL logs and custom images remain on the device
• No Android Advertising ID collected and no personally identifying data intentionally collected
• Encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS)

• Uninstall the app
• Delete local files, progress and preferences by resetting app data or uninstalling the app
• Request information
• Request deletion of device-associated diagnostics where technically possible
